Business Observation & Culture Review™
When appropriate, owners may provide recorded footage of a typical operating day for observational review. This gives us an opportunity to examine observable communication patterns, client interactions, workflow, workplace dynamics, and other relevant aspects of the business environment. These observations become part of the consulting conversation and help inform practical recommendations and next steps.
Observation is a consulting tool and does not constitute clinical, psychological, legal, or employee-performance diagnosis.
