For more than 18 years, Shi Vr’Rese has built her career at the intersection of creativity, entrepreneurship, communication, and human connection.
Beginning in the beauty industry, she transformed a childhood passion for hair into a professional career and entrepreneurial journey that taught her firsthand what it takes to build, operate, and sustain a business.
Today, she brings those experiences into a new chapter through Shi Vr’Rese & Associates™, helping individuals, independent professionals, and organizations build healthier, more intentional ways of working.

Years of working directly with clients, managing business operations, developing policies, navigating relationships, and building a service-based business gave Shi a perspective that cannot be learned from a textbook alone.
